Stimming is so important to regulate

Isn’t it the cutest thing I find when people have a behavior that’s different and you can tell that it is an unconscious behavior. I find it so endearing. I definitely believe that it is a innate behavior for them. You know they don’t even know that they’re doing it because to do it is so natural to them. I love these posts they make me think and I just love your face and your voice.

Jasmine used to do hand flapping. Now she makes this sound with her mouth, and I think her playing with her hair and putting it in her mouth is a form of stimming.
